Visual Inspection Machine – Top Vision

Designed to optimize the glass packaging selection process, “Top Vision” - the VITON visual inspection machine – is an attractive option to ensure the good quality levels demanded by the glass industry.

Operation

Its operational principle is based on 04 video cameras which capture the glass container images against a diode light transmitter matrix, thus capturing the external container contours, identifying visual defects such as stones that can be identified by visual contrasting. The cameras are placed in such a way that allow for the visualization of the container through four perpendicular angles.

Based on the external contour obtained, the inspection machine is capable of measuring and rejecting containers with functional and visual defects, as will be shown below.

It can be installed in single-lines, needing only the use of an indexer for the adequate separation between containers.
