Automatic Packer

Firstly developed for packing cilindric and rectangular glass containers with no manual contact through thermo shrink process, the Viton packer can be used to pack any product suited to the thermo shrink process.

How it works

The pack receives the containers from a conveyor (01) and according to a program, arranges and tranfers the containers to a transfer table (02).

Once it is moved, the whole group of containers is transferred to the transfer cart (03 and 04) to receive the plastic film from the reels transversally mounted on the transfer table (05 and 06).

Wrapped in the plastic film, the group of containers is moved up to the welding bars to pre-form the package (07); afterwards, it is transferred to the shrink tunnel (08), resulting in a safe, pratical and economical pack (09) ready to be palletized (10) or handled according to the costumer's process.

Packing Capacity

Considering some container's diameters, the packing capacity is showed in the aside table, and in double row transfer.

Pack's Form

Focusing on the best usage of 1,00m x 1,20m pallets, two types o packs were programed thus allowing the respective pallets arrangements.
