Handling Systems

Viton is used to produce handling systems for Wheaton Brazil Vidros, which transports light and unstable packaging for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries at speeds greater than 400 b.p.m.

Viton has several solutions of lay-out and equipment to satisfy all their clients’ needs.

Hot end bottle handling

• Conveyor extensions and end units for silent chains or steel mats.
• 178 type transfer wheel.
• Retractile pads transfer wheel.

Features

• Electronic push-outs with aluminum or cast iron cylinders that build and store an infinite number of electronic cames according to the necessity of each product.
• Various delivery solutions from the machine conveyor to the lehr cross conveyor using silent chains or steel mats.
• Curved transfers using steel mats.
• Cross conveyors with many adjusting and leveling possibilities for the transfer plates, allowing a perfectly smooth transfer to the lehr.
• Strength lehr loaders that can work with two speeds on the loader and stabilizer bars.

Cold end bottle handling

• Lehr to single lines transfer tables.
• Reversing tables.
• Merry-go rounds.

• Carbon steel or stainless steel structures which are recommended for pharmaceutical and cosmectic containers. Special mats 1” pitch with smooth surfaces.
• Supports and guides for easy use and regulation
• Transport solutions for the cold zone according to the client’s lay-out and product necessities, both with carbon steel or stainless steel structures.
