Feeder Mecanisms

Feeder mechanisms 144 and 444 types, with expanded 4 3/8” angular cuts for up to 8” tubes

These can accept any type of synchronous or assynchronous motors. Throughout the years, they have received several improvements and expansions.

• Manual hoisting for tube and plunger change
• A 360º differential, similar to the existing type 81 mechanisms;
• A cardanic system of tube rotation with a frequency invertor driven motor.
• Shear mechanisms in oil bath.
• Automatic shear retractor system.
• Motorized system for tube height control;
• Automatic lubrication system;
• They can be equipped with 144, 444 or 81 standard or deep type spouts. They are ideal for the production of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food or drink packaging, with extraction up to 60 tons per day.
• Speed range up to 130 cuts per minute.
• Operation in S.G., D.G. 3” and 4 3/8”, T.G. 2 3/16” and 3”, Q.G. 1,458” and 1 3/4” C.D.

81 and 503 type Feeder mechanisms, for 7”, 8” and 10” tubes

It can use any kind of motor systems. The main characteristic are strength and precision in the gob shaping.

• A 360º differential for better accuracy in gob shaping.
• Cardanic system for tube rotation with a frequency invertor driven motor.
• Motorized tube height adjusting mechanism with dual support bracket.
• Up to three refractory plungers support.
• Manual hoisting for tubes and plungers changing.
• Shear mechanism in oil bath.
• Automatic shear retractor system.
• Automatic lubrication system.
• Can be equipped with 81 or 503 shallow or deep spouts. Recommended for production of food or beverage packaging, extracting up to 100 tons per day.
• Speed range up to 150 cuts per minute in D.G. 4 3/8” or T.G. operation.

Benefits

• Although they can work with low extraction depending on the type of spout used, they are recommended for production on a large scale, with extractions of over 50 tons per day. Ideal for wine, beer, soft drinks and food containers production, made on multiple gobs
• Very strength and simple to operate.
• Very low level of stops for maintenance.
